A report published by National Mortgage Professional stated that The Appraisal Institute updated its Residential Green and Energy Efficient Addendum. The addendum is for , used by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) when an appraisal is completed. With this addendum, appraisers now have the ability to declare green features when conducting their appraisal and can add value to your home.
